Pickup and Drop-Off

Cinnamon's Wine Tours will pick you up or drop you off anywhere in the Napa area. There is an additional fuel fee outside of the 30-mile Napa radius. When you call to book, you will be asked for the addresses of your locations.

Talk with us about a flat rate for your service, depending on your needs. Our professional chauffeurs can also arrange to meet your guests at an airport and deliver them to your requested location in an experience they are sure to remember.

Privacy Disclaimer

Our company will not release, share, or distribute your information to other corporations without your consent. Please be advised that when booking your wine tour, your CC information may be used to reserve wineries that you are visiting that require appointments. Your online payments are secured through Authorize.net (Bank of America account). All payments are encrypted and secured through our website. Refunds

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the reservation date, or the full payment will be charged. To the extent this transaction/charge is via telephone/email, you waive any requirement or objection that 'Cinnamon's Wine Tours' swipe or take a physical imprint should not be a basis for any chargeback request. The client will assume full responsibility for damages. A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be charged...$1,500 for vehicle damages that consist of damage to audio/video system, broken windows, torn leather, etc. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client/party/group. Smoking is prohibited. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. We are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Overtime charges may apply after the first 30 minutes. Balances are to be paid before the beginning of the tour.
